Our standard packages include a personal resume or cover letter, including two rounds of revisions but sometimes you need a little extra. If you’re spreading your options, you may need more than one version of your resume (for example, one for part-time work and another for full-time). Alternatively, you might be pitching yourself at more than one kind of job or industry.

We standardise our service packages to keep them simple but if you need more than that, talk to us. We’ll give you a custom quote for your particular needs.

Can you do my selection criteria response?

We send you all documents in two formats: MSWord and PDF.

What is the usual turnaround for a resume or cover letter?

From your initial contact, either by email or telephone, you should have your resume within  2-3 days. See our Process page for more details of what happens during that time.
